Nick:

Picked up Dr. Ejaz's comments from the last meeting. Adjusted the structure of the report as recommended. At this point, Chapter 3 is the only thing left to complete, as well as updating the table of content and page/image/table numbers. Updated the website to include the "Final Testing and Results" page.

Ryan:

Continued testing throughout the week, the first test preformed was the water intrusion test. A piece of paper was placed at the back of the door to note any sort of water intrusion. Protective film was placed over the exterior electronics. A stream of water was directed from the hose onto the door. The results are shown below.

The next test that was to be preformed was confirmation of the engineering requirement that the door should open using the exterior camera regardless of the time window. The results are shown below.

The final round of tests to be preformed was suggested by Dr. Ejaz. He suggested to solidify the functionality of the first engineering requirement, we test the door with the dog facing away from it. This proved harder than expected, however the test shown below shows the dog facing his food bowl with the door in the unlocked state and the door preforming as per requirements.
